N’nerjie is an R&B/Soul singer-songwriter from Ontario, Canada. Her artistry blends raw emotion, bold storytelling, and magnetic vocal delivery. Known for her memorable hooks and captivating songwriting, her music effortlessly connects with a wide range of listeners. N’nerjie’s professional music career began in 2016, when she performed background vocals for Alessia Cara at the 2016 Much Music Video Awards and sang backing vocals for contestants on CTV's The Launch, launching her path as a respected recording and performing artist.She released her debut EP “Internal Dialogue” in 2017, followed by a run of standout singles that established her sound as vulnerable, soulful, and edgy. Inspired by multiple eras of R&B and soul, her music feels both nostalgic and strikingly modern.
In 2024, N’nerjie was named Songwriter of the Year at the Capital Music Awards for her 2023 single “Tug of War” and performed at NXNE.
